How do I order a telephone greeting?
For best value, choose one of the
telephone greeting packages offered OR
send an email with your script to obtain a custom quotation OR fill
out the Contact Form.
Will you re-do the recording if there is a
problem?
Yes, if you receive a recording that does not meet your approval
because of pronunciation, speed or style, the greeting will be
re-recorded at no additional charge. However if you need to change the
script after the greeting is completed, additional charges will apply
and will be quoted based on the number of changes to the script.
Can I order Package B or C and get some of the
greetings done now, and the rest later?
No, all Packages must be recorded at one time.
What if I need my greeting(s) updated in the
future?
You can order a package that
will cover the greeting(s) that you need, OR
send an email with your script to obtain a custom quotation OR fill
out the Contact Form.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I pay using
credit card/check/other payment method?
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. Simply
click the BUY NOW button under the package you want, and PayPal will
walk you through the steps for payment - even if you don’t have a PayPal
account. You can pay using many different methods including all major
credit cards. All telephone greeting packages must be paid through
PayPal to receive the discounted price.
I ordered a telephone package – how do I send my
script?
Please
send an email with the script for the greeting you would like
recorded OR fill out the Contact Form.
Also, if you want the greeting delivered as an audio file, please
confirm the audio file specs. For example: 16 bit 44.1 kHz mono wav file
or 8 bit 8 kHz mono u-law wav or 16 bit 8 kHz mono PCM wav or mp3 file,
etc. If you want the greeting to be recorded by phone, please send the
phone number, instructions and password for recording the greeting
remotely.
I don’t know the audio file specs for my telephone
system. Why does it matter?
For most telephone systems that allow greetings to be uploaded as
audio files, the file specs are very important. If the wrong specs are
used the file will either not play or will not sound right.
If I tell you what telephone system I have, will
you know what the audio file specs are?
No. There are thousands of different telephone systems from many
different manufacturers. While many use the same audio file specs, it is
impossible for me to know each and every make and model. If you do not
know the audio file specs, the best place to start is the user’s manual
for the telephone system OR contact the company that supplied the
telephone system and they should be able to get the information for you.
Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes, all prices are in US dollars. If you want to be charged in a
